to our house
If you want to
spend your most beautiful days of year at our house
I’d like to introduce you to me and my family.
My name is Andrea,
and I’m going to be available for any of yor desires and questions
from morning till evening. My husband is elecronical engineer, our
youngest son Werner, born in 1983, Information
engineer and our eldest son Martin, born in 1982, is mechanic.
Our house is open
all year and it is located in a dead-end street near the wood.
Friendly and spacious rooms with anteroom, shower, toilet, telephone,
radio and TV guarantee cosiness.

The breakfast
buffet with jam, muesli, yoghurt, sausages and cheese gives
you power for an eventful day. The cosy lounge with TV and
reading corner is at your disposal at any time.
Breakfast Buffet between 07:00 and 10:30,
or by appointment.

For restful
hours you can sit in the quiet arbour, where you can read,
enjoy a snack or drink a glass of wine. |

There is a
lot of secure parking in our inner courtyard.
On hot days
you can lie in the sun and relax or dive into our swimming
pool.
If any
questions occur please don’t hesitate turning to us. No
mather if it concerns a little snack or information about
excursions. We’ll be glad to take care of all your requests. |

Our guesthouse
is located in the South of Lower Austria, 15 km away from
Vienna. There are many cities nearby, where you can go in
only a few minutes times like Mödling, Baden (with it’s new
casino).
There are many sights in our region as well for example the
nature resort Sparbach, “Seegrotte” Hinterbrühl, the
monestary Heiligenkreuz, Liechtemstein castle, Laxenburg
palace, Mayerling palace and of course Vienna – the centre,
Schönbrunn palace and the “Prater”.
If you like shopping you can also go to the biggest shopping
mall with over 300 shops, the Shopping City Süd, which is
also nearby in Vösendorf.
The arrival is between 14:00
and 19:00, or by appointment.

Highway A 21 exit Hinterbrühl, there you can already
see the signs.
